1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Razabaji platform (razabaji.app) and all of its services. They come into effect whenever you access our services through the Razabaji website, mobile app, or any other digital channel.

Razabaji is a fully licensed online betting platform. We operate in compliance with international gaming regulations and place the highest priority on user protection. These terms have been written in Bengali so that users in Bangladesh can easily understand them.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Razabaji, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. Each person is allowed only one account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful — accounts found to contain false information will be closed.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Razabaji support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• Accessing your account from a restricted region using a proxy or VPN is not permitted.

3 Betting Rules

There are specific rules that apply when placing bets on Razabaji. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please carefully check the odds and stake amount before placing your bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded at Razabaji's discretion based on what is deemed fair.
• Razabaji reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Live betting may experience delays depending on your internet connection and server load.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each event.
• Betting through match-fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Razabaji supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Always double-check the account number and amount before completing a transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are generally processed within 1–24 hours.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could result in processing delays.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — payments will only be made to an account registered in your own name.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Razabaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read before claiming.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
• The same promotion cannot be used more than once or across multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Razabaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Razabaji will investigate and take the appropriate action.
• Winnings from free bets will be credited after deducting the original free bet amount.

6 Prohibited Activities

To keep the Razabaji platform fair and safe for everyone, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure.

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Accessing another user's account or stealing account credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Razabaji may suspend or permanently close an account for any reason. Users can also close or temporarily deactivate their own account — this is part of responsible gaming.

• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, your remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Users who wish to self-exclude can deactivate their account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Before closing an account, Razabaji will notify the user and provide an opportunity to appeal — unless immediate action is required.
• Razabaji will send a separate notification regarding accounts that have been inactive for 12 months.

8 Limitation of Liability

Razabaji strives to provide the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Razabaji is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Razabaji is not directly liable for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Razabaji is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
• Funds lost due to a user's own error cannot be refunded.
